The granite falls area of the creek are approximately 300 ft. from the house. We normally don't allow the sheep to graze down by the creek , which accounts for its slightly overgrown condition. I cut back this section of the falls this morning, it's about 200 feet long. At the top of the first photo, out of view is a long stretch of level creek, about 300 ft. long which can be dammed to make a large pond. The land that can be dammed is basin like and can easily be made to a depth of 5 ft. The creek then drops sharply between two very old , very tall ceiba trees and starts at the top of that first photo.
