All photos taken from 2nd floor balcony, terrace or ledge that surounds 2nd floor. As you can see the home is built on solid ground, not on fill or sand. Note the size of the established fruit trees, quenepa, oranges..etc.. No danger of flooding (serious problem throughout PR) and no danger of the home sliding down a hill (another problem on the island).
